Consultant in Acute Medicine - Permanent post Cumbria NHS Banding £105,504 to £139,882 per annum The Position
We are currently recruiting Consultants in Acute Medicine to take up a permanent post, within an NHS Trust. The Health Service/Location
Located in North West England, this NHS Trust is looking for the right Consultant to join an energetic, motivated and innovative team providing new models of care for the region. You will be joining a team of 11 Acute Medicine Consultants. The Acute Medical Units (combined assessment and short stay areas) comprises two sites. Patients are admitted either directly from the community following assessment by general practice, or from the Emergency Department. Successful candidates will be expected to work across both hospital sites. Typical 10 PA job plans comprise 3 clinical days per week on AMU/SDEC with two non-clinical days for admin/SPA (which is negotiable at job planning subject to appointment). The department is willing to discuss the on-call rota and speciality interest. Qualifications
In order to apply you must have: at least 2 years of previous NHS experience at Consultant grade full GMC and be on the specialist registrar The Package
