Senior Structural Engineer , you will lead and oversee complex facilities engineering and design projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance across diverse projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design for varied projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and professional growth. Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports. Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for project integration. Stay updated with the latest in structural engineering to incorporate cutting-edge practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, providing insights and solutions that align with project objectives and support business development initiatives by showcasing Olsson’s technical capabilities and expertise. Qualifications
You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others. Having ownership in the work you do. Using your talents to positively affect communities. You bring to the team: Ability to contribute and work well on a team. Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, but not required. Minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on facilities design. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools. Must be a registered professional engineer. Proficient in Autodesk Revit is preferred, but not required. Additional Information
