HVAC Service Apprentices

Position: HVAC Apprentice - Service Department

Responsibilities:

Assist service technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance of HVAC systems

Learn how to identify system issues and perform basic troubleshooting

Develop customer service skills by observing and supporting service calls

Keep company vehicles stocked, organized, and clean

Participate in regular safety and technical training

Follow all safety and company procedures

Working Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00pm with occasional overtime based on service demand

What We're Looking For:

Trade school enrollment or completion

Up to 1 year of experience in HVAC or similar mechanical/service role

EPA Universal certification is a plus

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Willingness to learn and grow into a lead service tech role
