Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Management Specialist to support operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site operations at the FLETC, serving as the primary liaison between the contractor and the government, ensuring operational efficiency and strict compliance with all contract requirements. Oversee the hiring, training, and management of contract personnel, ensuring compliance with staffing levels, qualifications, and certifications. Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations, maintaining proper documentation and performance records. Respond promptly to government needs, being available within 30 minutes during duty hours and within 2 hours for emergencies. Manage operational areas such as firearms operations, vehicle maintenance, inventory management, and scheduling while enforcing contract performance standards. Provide regular updates and reports to the government, ensuring transparency in contract performance and alignment with expectations. Qualifications: A minimum of one year of experience as a Program Manager on federal contracts of similar size. Working knowledge of relevant operations, including Firearms, Vehicle Maintenance, and Inventory Management. Authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in daily operations, including personnel supervision and cost controls. Prior experience in a government, military, or law enforcement training environment is essential. Proven ability to manage federal contracts and personnel effectively in a structured environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software and systems. Ability to obtain and maintain federal clearance for access to FLETC facilities. Available for on-call emergencies and mission-critical tasks as required. Education Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in project management or program coordination.
