We've gained a reputation for providing heating & air conditioning service with integrity and professionalism. We are expanded our service department and seek an experienced Service Tech to join our team.

Job Title:

Service Technician - Experienced

Company Location:

Chesapeake, VA

Work start and end time:

7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Overtime and Evenings on occasion - Rotational)

Pay Scale:

Up to $32.00 per hour, plus bonuses and spiffs.

Position Summary:

To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Assist with Installs when necessary.

Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or its equivalent

• 2 + years experience • Valid driver's license with no DUI or reckless driving in past 5 years. • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. • Experience making repair and replace decisions. • Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment. • Advanced customer service skills. • Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment. • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. • Universal EPA Certification • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

Qualifications desired: • Positive and a Can-do attitude! • Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School • Ability to be at work each day • 3 + years experience • Insurable driving record • Possess tools needed
