What You'll Do: Recruit, train, and develop maintenance teams to work efficiently and safely. Utilize cutting-edge industry technology and applications for team management, crew scheduling, time tracking, and budget adherence. Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and providing expert consultations. Leverage your creativity to design and propose exciting enhancements to existing landscapes. Collaborate with the sales team to secure additional contracts to grow your portfolio. Coordinate seamlessly with departments such as Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety, and Field Support. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or a related field preferred. Associate degree or relevant experience will also be considered. A strong background in landscaping is crucial, along with a solid understanding of plant varieties. A proactive attitude towards challenges—be it dealing with weather conditions, budget constraints, or staffing shortages.
