The successful candidate will take the lead in pricing, reimbursement, and payer engagement efforts, ensuring that our managed markets objectives are met. You'll have the opportunity to direct a talented team focused on enhancing market access capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advise the executive leadership on strategic market access initiatives. Experience in both large and small pharmaceutical companies, especially in the cardiovascular or metabolic therapeutic areas, is highly beneficial. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA, PharmD, or advanced degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in market access or related fields within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
