Maintenance Technician

You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Qualifications: • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Compensation: $20 hourly
