This role supports high-level executives within the Global Music Studio, working with some of the most creative people in the business. This position reports to the Executive WDI Music Studio and will support two Executives. This is a Full-Time role. What You Will Do
Collaborate with colleagues across TWDC and Imagineering, as well as with external composers, directors, musicians, and their offices. Manage a busy calendar on behalf of the executives you support. Review your leader’s schedule to build in time for focus and travel to next meetings. Create global, multi-city travel itineraries, considering time zones, weather delays, traffic, and fatigue levels. Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and video chats. Assist other Music Team members with various administrative, departmental and office needs. Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams. Manage very confidential, sensitive information. Draft emails on behalf of your leaders, prep meeting/presentation materials. Assist with onboarding new employees. Manage large purchase orders and vendor setup. Plan executive involvement in large, high-profile events like premieres, product launches, off-sites, and team-building activities. Plan group lunches, music showcases, and other gatherings. Required Qualifications & Skills
At least 5 years administrative experience supporting executives in a corporate environment. Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary. Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executive’s business. Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables. Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones, and office equipment, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Concur, and working in a Windows environment. Resourceful, proactive, self-directed, solution oriented. Skills to build bridges, work relationships and encourage people to want to collaborate with you. Complete reliability handling confidential, often extremely sensitive information. Desire to be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked. Some flexibility in your schedule – we value work/life balance but help if travel support is needed out of office hours while executives are traveling. Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail. A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, a can-do attitude and discretion. Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience at The Walt Disney Company and/or experience working in a large public corporation. Experience working with Creative teams and executives. Familiarity and experience working with music related teams. Exceptional knowledge of MAC or PC computers from which you will work. Education

The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
