Sumitomo Electric . Position at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. SEWS Farmington Hills, Michigan Office. Although located at SEWS Farmington Hills Office, this is a Hybrid position, which combines both in-office and off-site work. Associates are required to work at least three days in the office each week, but also have the flexibility to work off-site. Basic Purpose:

Support Ford Vehicle Program. The basic function of a Program Analyst includes, but is not limited to, providing Program Management support by coordinating, analyzing, and tracking issues for specific programs. Must work closely with Program Manager(s) to ensure cross-functional team alignment while supporting/leading internal and external customer meetings. Additional responsibilities include updating MPP for plant information for all programs. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Reconcile Cost Matrix against CR in Ford System. Update Parts list (part walk format). Update CMM with Cost Matrix information. PSTS requests for Prototype Generate/consolidate requests based on harness picks from Systems. Update levels based on pending CN's and CR's. Send requests to Engineering to verify levels. PSTS requests IAA/Trials Engineering sends information and consolidates requests. Track PSTS/Shipping by Engineers. Reconcile EDI Orders to confirm correct levels are ordered. Track IAA/Trials and reworks on the Alert/IAA Tracker matrix to ensure invoicing is completed. Monitor third-party invoices to ensure NTE is not exceeded. No meetings unless necessary; handle cases individually. Facilitate overall Alert/IAA Tracker (Matrix) and team meetings. Assist with obtaining timing for engineering changes to meet customer needs. Review internal change escalations. Support Program Manager with miscellaneous tasks, including leading internal meetings and managing documents/tracking tools. Update MPP for plant information. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience with automotive wire harness process/automotive experience. Good organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and salary history.
