25900 Job Summary:

As an Off-Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and maintaining production equipment and facilities. Your commitment to safety and quality will support our operational goals and production schedules. Key Responsibilities: Complete weekly maintenance tasks and schedules. Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment. Schedule and execute repairs for machinery. Conduct fabrication, pipe fitting, welding, brazing, and soldering as required. Operate material handling equipment, scissor lifts, and man lifts safely. Participate in team projects, Six Sigma initiatives, and contribute to cost-saving efforts. Accurately document work orders and timesheets. Education and Experience: Required: High school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and pneumatic systems. Able to read and interpret mechanical and pneumatic schematics. Competent in operating material handling equipment and lifts. Basic computer literacy is essential. Preferred: Experience in welding, fabricating, and pipe fitting. Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies. Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic plans. Knowledge of ladder logic for relays and PLCs. Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and software tools like Logix 500, Logix 5000, and RSLinx. Familiarity with operating HMIs and installing AC & DC drives.
