Healthcare Patient Coordinator , you will be the welcoming face for patients, ensuring they are greeted and registered in a warm and efficient manner. You will manage patient check-ins and check-outs for multiple specialty providers, including Lab, Podiatry, Endocrinology, Diabetic Education, and Neurology. This role also involves answering phones to support scheduling for both the Denver Specialty clinic and the South Specialty clinic, ensuring optimal patient flow and service. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 5:30PM MST (8-hour shift, 40-hours per week). Your exact schedule will be determined by your supervisor upon hire. Location:

1707 Cole Blvd. Golden, CO 80401. Travel for training or coverage at different locations may be required. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients upon arrival and efficiently manage their wait times. Conduct check-in and check-out processes, including insurance verification and pre-authorizations for procedures. Collect co-payments and issue receipts while managing the cashier box and daily deposits according to company policy. Process walk-in patients and visitors professionally. Handle calls and schedule appointments effectively. Redirect phone inquiries appropriately, assisting callers with questions or concerns. Maintain and manage medical records, ensuring all correspondence is accurately scanned, filed, and requests for medical records are processed correctly. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher). 1+ years of customer service experience with strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years experience with electronic health records. 1+ years of healthcare experience, including scheduling. Ability to effectively triage phone calls on a multi-system line. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience managing cash and performing mathematical computations. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating good judgment and responsibility. Proven ability to interact well with healthcare providers. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Pay is based on various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $17.74 to $31.63, based on full-time employment.
