About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Programmatic Partnerships to lead our newly formed team focused on nurturing critical partnerships with supply teams, agency trading desks, and programmatic buyers. In this vital role within our sales organization, you will drive the development of supply-side partnerships and expand our programmatic demand. You will be a key player in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy, collaborating with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a proven track record in programmatic sales and a strong network of relationships across independent, mid-market, and tier-one agencies. Your responsibilities will include:
Cultivating relationships with VP+ level stakeholders
Leading a high-performing team committed to excellence
Representing our company at industry events and conferences
The ideal candidate is a strategic builder with a clear vision for growth and a passion for driving results. Requirements include:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in SSP, marketplace, or supply-side sales.
A focus on the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
A history of securing and growing high-value partnerships.
The ability to navigate both HoldCo and independent agency environments.
Strong team leadership skills.
An executive presence and exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
A passion for industry trends and thought leadership.
