Senior Project Manager (India)

Elevate . Elevate is recruiting a Senior Project Manager who will be the primary liaison and case consultant for customers engaging with Elevate's discovery team on eDiscovery projects. As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive customer and project documentation within the project queue and collaborating with various groups to implement optimal solutions for customer requirements. Responsibilities
Understand and interpret customer requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes. Consult with customers on utilizing Elevates suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity. Coordinate internal processes across Elevates global departments to ensure customer objectives are met. Represent Elevate in customer interactions and with third-party service providers. Supervise and support other members of the Professional Services (PS) team to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively. Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices. Provide regular project updates and performance reports to Directors and above to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across Elevate. Conduct project kickoff calls with customers and key stakeholders. Effectively manage and communicate timelines and ensure the team meets all relevant deadlines. Coordinate data collection activities, processing requests, and document productions for customers. Support customers with migrating data between databases. Skills for Success
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving customer needs. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience
Minimum of 8+ years experience in eDiscovery project management, with hosting services experience preferred. Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity. Qualifications
Any graduate. Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, or similar Relativity certifications. Seniority level
