Low Voltage Installation Lead
to join our growing team. As a certified Control4 and Lutron dealer, we deliver high-end, custom-integrated technology solutions to residential and commercial clients. If you're a hands-on professional with a passion for quality work and leadership, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for overseeing and performing the installation of a variety of low-voltage systems. Lead Projects:
Manage on-site installations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Mentor Team Members:
Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.
Install & Configure:
Perform installation, termination, and calibration of systems including, but not limited to: Whole-home audio and video distribution
Home theater systems
Smart home automation
Motorized shades and lighting control
Security systems and surveillance cameras
Structured wiring and networking
Maintain Quality:
Conduct quality control checks and system testing to ensure all installations function flawlessly and meet company standards.
Communicate Effectively:
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, builders, and other trades, providing professional and clear updates.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a low-voltage technician, with at least
2-3 years of experience
in a lead or supervisory role.
Expertise in installing and servicing home automation systems.
Strong knowledge of Lutron lighting and motorized shading systems is highly .
Proficiency with Alarm.com security platforms and camera systems.
Excellent technical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
