Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Prospect for new leads to promote new business Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Lead follow-up Lead generation Sales talk mastery Database CRM mastery Follow the plan Qualifications
Self-motivation and drive Great communication and social skills Organized and manages time effectively A successful and proven sales history is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Real estate license required Sales experience Compensation
