Customer Service Advocate
serves as a crucial first point of contact for our customers. This role encompasses managing administrative tasks, scheduling, invoicing, and greeting customers in person, while also handling inbound calls and emails. Your organized and energetic approach will help create memorable interactions at every turn. What You’ll Receive: Competitive base pay starting at $17.50/hour.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in-shop and efficiently resolve their concerns, often employing creative solutions.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes, addressing inquiries regarding service issues, pricing, warranties, and scheduling.
Ensure seamless operations by confirming and maintaining accurate work order information, including insurance verification and additional parts.
Manage administrative tasks like buyouts, invoices, and processing of credit memos and rebills.
Review orders from the national contact center and oversee dealer part orders and special accounts.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration is required.
Capability to deliver world-class customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and compliance with personal protective equipment standards.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
