In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at engaging physician groups focused on value-based care. Your responsibilities will include actively recruiting new members, analyzing recruitment efforts, and collaborating with our teams to prioritize members' needs. You'll design engaging membership strategies incorporating both in-person and virtual meetings while ensuring exceptional customer service and member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degrees, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior membership roles within a value-based care environment. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of value-based healthcare, proven member engagement success, and outstanding communication skills. Your leadership will be crucial in working directly with the President and CEO to cultivate relationships with prospective members.
