We are looking for a driven leader to provide strategic direction and oversight of our instructional programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations while continuously improving teaching and student learning outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the President, the Vice President of Student Services, and the Business and Administrative Services Manager to foster a supportive and innovative educational environment. As the College Accreditation Liaison Officer, you will help oversee our accreditation processes while assisting in the development and management of our instructional budget. Key responsibilities include: Supervising instructional administrative personnel Coordinating comprehensive in-service training initiatives Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Developing and revising the College's Institutional Master Plan Producing efficient class schedules Serving as a resource and mentor for instructional staff We seek candidates with a strong educational background, requiring a Master’s degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred) along with at least one year of leadership experience in a related field. A solid understanding of instructional research design, as well as familiarity with diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds, will set you apart. Proficiency in personal computer operations and various software applications is essential. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader capable of making impactful policy decisions and representing the College in educational and community settings.
