Location: Chicago, IL (On-site)
Full-Time | Analytics & Strategy
Salary Range: $99,100 – $113,100 annually

Senior Business Analyst , you’ll work on high-visibility challenges, develop strategic insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, profitability, and customer experience within the U.S. Card business segment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
Identify business challenges and opportunities for growth.
Use data to develop and test strategic or tactical recommendations.
Apply modeling and analytical tools to support new product development and pricing strategies.
Product & Marketing Analytics
Drive insights to influence go-to-market strategies.
Support direct-to-consumer and retail distribution efforts.
Contribute to the design of customer experiences and innovative tech-based solutions.
Credit Risk & Performance Optimization
Develop risk models and conduct data-driven hypothesis testing.
Analyze trends and connect consumer behavior with credit outcomes.
Recommend step-change improvements in credit performance.
Execution & Delivery
Frame problems and develop solutions with actionable outcomes.
Assess operational feasibility and support implementation efforts.
Build out robust monitoring plans for post-launch tracking.
Collaboration & Partnership
Work cross-functionally with teams in IT, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
Influence key stakeholders using data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis
Preferred Experience
Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative discipline
1+ years in statistical model development
1+ years in SQL or other data querying languages
1+ years in market research or consulting
2+ years of experience in business analysis
