Overview Job Title: Mechanical Designer

The candidate will be responsible for designing retail, commercial, and educational projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is essential as these tools will be used to meet client requirements. This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, including college graduates or those with internship experience.

Responsibilities

Design retail, commercial, and educational projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure project specifications are met.

Contribute to the development of design plans and blueprints.

Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and client requirements.

Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

0-4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design.

Understanding of commercial and retail construction.

Ability to handle production-heavy tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with mechanical engineering in a design-build environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Environment This position begins with a requirement of 5 days in the office and will transition over time into a hybrid model. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
