This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure and applications that support high-value financial transactions. As a Senior Software Engineer, Blockchain, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust systems, solve complex technical challenges, and advance blockchain technology adoption. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability, performance, and scalability of blockchain services, enabling institutions to leverage decentralized solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in cloud-native systems, distributed architecture, and blockchain protocols. You will mentor junior engineers and help shape a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain blockchain infrastructure and applications to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable systems. Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to execute complex technical projects. Deploy and maintain code in production environments, including cloud platforms and distributed systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in high-throughput, low-latency systems. Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Participate in defining best practices for blockchain development, cryptography, and decentralized applications (dApps). Qualifications
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Golang or Java preferred; Kotlin, Rust, Python, or C++ also valued). Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed system design. Hands-on experience with cloud-native services and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS. Proven ability to deploy and maintain production-grade systems with high reliability and scalability. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, particularly in complex production environments. Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Passion for blockchain technology, cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized systems. Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems or trading infrastructure. Familiarity with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. Track record of mentoring and leading technical initiatives within engineering teams. Benefits
