You\'ll support client leads across multiple private equity funds, ensuring deliverables align with limited partnership agreements and client expectations You\'ll apply your knowledge of partnership terms to financial reporting, income/expense allocations, and complex fund calculations like carried interest and waterfall models You\'ll prepare and review journal entries, capital account statements, investor notices, and manage capital call and distribution processes You\'ll oversee financial statement reviews, coordinate with auditors and tax teams during year-end, and respond to client and ad hoc requests You\'ll lead process improvements, manage competing deadlines, and train and develop junior team members What We Offer

You excel in client service and thrive in collaborative environments where feedback is valued You bring three plus years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of alternative asset and public accounting roles, supported by a degree in Accounting You have strong technical and analytical skills in fund accounting and administration, with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Investran You consistently deliver accurate, high-volume work while managing competing deadlines and maintaining extreme attention to detail You’re capable of leading and mentoring junior team members and are flexible to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines Company Description
