Overview

Raye IT Consulting is hiring an experienced CPIC Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for a CPIC Analyst with strong critical analysis skills to support a federal client located in Washington, DC. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to affect enterprise-level initiatives and support decision-making for senior executives in a rapidly changing environment. Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing and supporting all aspects of the Capital Planning and Investment Control operation support functions, including multiple interrelated project tasks. Support CPIC and Investment/Budget Management activities including OMB Submissions. Conduct portfolio analysis and assist in developing executive briefings. (As requested,) Serve as CPIC subject matter expert (SME) to Program Management Offices (PMO). Facilitate understanding and communication of OMB and agency guidance and policy. Review OMB business case submissions and monthly data calls Support Acquisition processes and generate reports. (As requested,) Review and provide feedback on Budget Submissions documentation and artifacts. Collect and analyze program data, develop various reports and presentations/ slide decks Support the IT Governance Process IT Governance

Develop agenda for IT Governance Meetings Facilitate and take notes during the IT Governance Meetings Facilitate correspondence/email in support of IT Governance Meetings Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. 6 – 8 years of experience with CPIC, IT Portfolio Management, and IT Governance. Experience and strong familiarity using an industry-standard capital planning tool or equivalent. Strong analytics skills- able to create insightful visualization from CPIC data. Strong Excel Skills. Structured problem-solving. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to perform and lead work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups. Ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts/relationships, including senior-level managers and technical SME’s. Must be authorized to legally work in the United States. Desired/highly preferred

Interest or knowledge in Agile development methodologies. Experience with Primavera Portfolio Tool. Security Clearance Requirement

Public Trust. US Citizenship is required to obtain Public Trust Clearance Place of Performance
