We are excited to bring on a

Relationship Manager

to our Client Engagement team to work remotely in the West/Midwest region. Lincoln is enhancing its Small Market service model and expanding the Virtual Relationship Manager team to support continued sales growth and deliver exceptional client service. In this role, you will oversee a defined book of business, developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and organizational goals. You will implement standardized relationship management and sales strategies to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, improve retention, and increase market share. What you'll be doing

Drive sales growth by developing strategic client relationship plans and identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and retention within assigned clients

Build relationships with key stakeholders and clients to meet or exceed sales targets, enhance satisfaction, and support large business objectives

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and administration and resolve complex client issues efficiently

Educate and advise external partners on Lincoln products that enhance and amplify their individual goals and objectives to support informed decision making

What we’re looking for

Must-haves: 1-3+ years’ experience in a client facing role in retirement

4 year/Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

FINRA SIE, S6 and S63 licenses within 90 days

Life and Health licenses within 120 days

Retirement plan record keeping knowledge

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong mathematical skills around probability, profitability and statistics to apply to practical solutions

Evaluate trends in data or information

Proven ability to work with others in a team environment

Ability to travel up to 10%

Nice-to-haves: Experience delivering plan reviews

Experience working with advisors and TPA’s

Ability to perform under stress in cases of critical situations

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $168,000 with

anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range

and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package. About The Company
