$103,000.00 - $171,800.00 This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training. Responsibilities
Design, Analyse and deploy business models for opportunities in Asset Performance Management (APM, Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance Services) with customers across industries such as Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, and Food & Beverage. Provide engineering expertise in the application, operation, inspection and maintenance of plant systems and rotating equipment, optimizing performance in facilities across Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Power sectors. Analyze customer requirements to ensure digital solutions meet objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Act as a high-level technical expert for the APM portfolio across Process Industries, providing knowledge and analysis of specialized software applications, design, integration, and implementation guidance. Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned accounts. Provide Asset Strategy / APM foundation consulting in Failure Elimination/PLA, RCA, Reliability Analytics, and improvement identification. Define contents of Solution Templates and components to drive standardization of implementations. Provide input to AVEVA's product planning cycle to improve tools for implementers, upgrades, and support. Define requirements for enterprise readiness based on pre-sales and project experiences and industry trends, ensuring alignment with strategy and product development. Essential Requirements
Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (respectively). 10+ years of experience driving digital transformation for complex global organizations (Process, Energy, software, technology, automation). Hands-on experience with condition-based monitoring for operating assets, online performance monitoring and diagnostic software; Computerized Maintenance Management Systems a plus. Experience in analyzing plant data with real-time data historians such as OSI PI or equivalent. Experience in Advanced Vibration Monitoring systems BN or equivalent. Expert in developing and endorsing machinery selection/applications and sizing studies. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance practices (including software packages such as Predictive Analytics, formerly PRiSM, or SmartSignal or equivalent) for major rotating and static equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines, motors, etc.). Understanding of end-to-end digital journey in industrial settings, with experience implementing APM lifecycle from requirements gathering to aftermarket support. Experience in the industrial software environment (industrial automation, advanced software) preferred. Experience across Mining, Oil & Gas, or Pulp & Paper domains. Background in cloud and edge technologies, digital twins, analytics, AI/ML as applied to APM solutions. Strong knowledge of APM covering condition monitoring, reliability, predictive/prescriptive analytics, EAM/CMMS. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. Hands-on experience with APM software from leading vendors. Multiple language fluency a plus. Services at AVEVA
