We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will act as the right-hand person to the executive(s), managing schedules, communications, meetings, travel, and other administrative functions to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Conduct research and compile data for reports or special projects. Monitor and prioritize email communications; draft and respond to emails as needed. Assist in personal tasks and errands as requested (if applicable). Maintain filing systems and document management for the executive office. Support project management tasks and cross-functional team coordination. You have
Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook Calendar). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Experience supporting C-level executives. Familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Teams, etc. Pay Range
Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
