Overview

Key Account Manager - Aerospace. This position is with Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, focused on empowering customers with adhesives, sealants and functional coatings. The role is remote and targets Henkel’s largest global aerospace accounts, with opportunities to learn, grow and make an impact. Responsibilities

Maintain and grow the business relationship with Henkel’s largest global aerospace accounts Serve as the primary liaison between Henkel and the customer across procurement, engineering, quality, supply chain, and other departments Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan aligned with the customer’s business goals and production plans (e.g., Commercial and Defense platforms) Advocate for customer needs within Henkel’s cross-functional organization to ensure alignment and responsiveness Apply technical knowledge of aerospace-grade materials, specifications, and compliance requirements; manage forecasts Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders in supply chain, program management, and engineering Facilitate executive-level meetings and business reviews to maintain alignment Manage escalations, delivery issues and quality concerns professionally and with urgency Monitor On-Time Delivery and Quality Performance through KPI tracking to meet customer needs Identify opportunities to expand the relationship with new product offerings, innovations, or process improvements Oversee pricing agreements, long-term contracts and terms & conditions negotiations Use analytics and forecasting tools to anticipate customer needs and add strategic value Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, business, or related discipline Experience in a B2B sales, business development, or account management role with value-add and solution selling Previous aerospace or related industry experience preferred but not required Experience with structural adhesives, composite materials, electronic adhesives, and sealants Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills Deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing and supply chain dynamics Ability to balance customer needs with internal resources Proficient in tools like SAP, Salesforce, Excel, etc. Travel: average 50%–70%, depending on location; some international travel possible Benefits
