$135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate loan documents Oversee loan closings and manage post-closing issues Review title and survey documents Communicate directly with lender clients and manage expectations Handle 25–35 matters simultaneously once fully onboarded Collaborate with assigned team members based on client groupings Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests Track progress of 4–6 active transactions daily Ensure accurate documentation throughout the deal lifecycle Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions Must be licensed to practice law in California Experience working with institutional lenders or financial institutions Comfortable managing a high-volume, detail-oriented workload Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong client service and time management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Candidates must have ties to San Diego and plan to work onsite 4+ days/week Benefits
