A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Real Estate Counsel to join its St. Louis office. This is a confidential opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney with 6–10 years of relevant experience in complex commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will advise developers, investors, and lenders on high-value real estate transactions across all asset classes. This includes acquisition, financing, development, leasing, joint ventures, and dispositions. The role will also involve handling construction loans, term loans, land use, zoning, and development-related matters. Ideal Candidate Profile
6–10 years of experience in commercial real estate law Strong background representing lenders, owners, and developers Experience negotiating and closing complex real estate and financing deals Familiarity with land use, zoning, and construction contract issues Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Strong project management ability and leadership on complex matters Licensed to practice law in Missouri Why Consider This Role
