Location: Irvine, California Duties

Assist in eminent domain and inverse condemnation litigation matters Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and discovery documents Conduct legal research and analysis Review title and appraisal documents related to real property disputes Support trial preparation and client communication Collaborate with attorneys and staff across the practice group Handle multiple matters simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy Requirements

1 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to real estate or eminent domain issues Experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and analyzing title documents is preferred Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team setting Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Strong academic performance preferred. Certifications

Admission to the California State Bar (required) Skills

Excellent legal research and writing capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw or Lexis) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage client expectations Collaborative and proactive work ethic Benefits
