Actuarial Assistant Fidelity Investments Life Insurance Company (FILI) is looking for an Actuarial Assistant to help drive our future state of reserve modeling and valuation for our life and annuity products. Perform experience analysis and annual assumption review regarding key valuation assumptions including mortality, lapse, withdrawal, expense and other assumptions Support monthly and quarterly valuation processes Assist in developing analysis and documentation needed to complete annual regulatory filings Promote continuous improvement of the valuation environment, including valuation controls Respond to company auditor and state examiner questions based on periodic audits Key member of a small team who demonstrates initiative as a self-starter Qualifications and Expertise
At least two years of actuarial experience At least three SOA exams completed Experience with R, Python, Visual Basic, SQL, or other programming languages Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills The Team
