Hire Dynamics is currently hiring Clamp Forklift Operators to take on Day shift and Evening shift job opportunities in Charleston.
These are career opportunities that are part of a cross dock operation supporting a large retail distribution center. The work is fast-paced, and product of all shapes and sizes is unloaded from containers, palletized, and reloaded into trailers.
Pay:
$20.00 for day shift, $21.00 for evening shift
(Unlimited referral bonuses!)
Day Shift:
6:30am – 4:00pm (must be flexible to work early or late and/or on weekends)
Evening Shift:
5:00pm – 1:30am (must be flexible to work early or late and/or on weekends)
Job Duties as a Clamp Forklift Operator for Hire Dynamics:
Unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products by hand
Unloading containers using Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), repalletizing products, and loading into semi trucks
Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications
Work in a fast-paced team environment
Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

Job Requirements for Clamp Forklift Operator:
3 months forklift operating experience
Lifting requirement is 50 pounds
Will be working in a warehouse environment - hot/cold/humid
Sit and Stand for 8-10 hours per day
May start early, stay late or work on weekends
Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet production demand
Safety shoes and vest required
Safe operation of clamp forklift required at all times
*Candidates need to be open to working in an environment that is not climate controlled.*
