As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to uncover their needs, provide insightful answers to their questions regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the best solutions tailored to them. You will also work closely to resolve any customer concerns promptly, ensuring they have a satisfying experience. Staying informed about product features and maintaining the high quality and visual appeal of our offerings are also key aspects of the job. Our goal is to deliver excellent customer service and consistently meet our store's sales objectives. This role involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and entails handling cash, various payment methods, and electronic equipment. Due to this responsibility, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect our customers, staff, and the integrity of our operations. The selected candidate for this role will be expected to work within a 10-mile radius of store # 705247, located at: 4625 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21209. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build rewarding and trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately according to policies. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and accurate formulas. Retrieve products from sales floors or warehouses as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Keep shelves stocked and create appealing displays. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store. Load and unload delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries as needed. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about the products offered and explore options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest ways to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for employment visa. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish. Valid, unrestricted driver's license. Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint or related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
