The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the exploration, definition, and execution of new revenue growth opportunities, with a focus on establishing high-value alliances across various partners, platforms, and global distribution channels. This role requires a strategic leader who can monitor industry trends, particularly in the children's media and technology space, and collaborate with the executive team to align business development strategies with organizational goals. The VP will be at the forefront of partnership development, from identifying and negotiating deals to ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with the company's educational mission and brand values. They should be adept at leading through influence, have excellent negotiation and communication skills, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
