About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic Senior Vice President of Operations to take charge of the operational and financial performance of a key business unit. This executive position is crucial for driving market leadership and achieving excellence in operational metrics.
The selected candidate will oversee every aspect of market performance, emphasizing clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, teammate engagement and retention, financial results, and client experience and retention. Key responsibilities entail:
Leading a diverse, high-performance team.
Fostering a culture of operational discipline.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Managing talent effectively.
Building strong client partnerships.
Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams for growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of senior leadership experience within healthcare operations or a comparable sector, with full P&L responsibility and a strong record of building and leading successful teams. A commitment to patient-centered care and teammate engagement is essential. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and business judgment are required, along with the capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate an ownership mentality, focus on operational excellence, and a dedication to client-centric growth-oriented leadership.
