For further details on our benefits, please visit our benefits website. The successful candidate will be expected to work at Store #3430, located at 14347 S. Bell Road Homer Glen, IL 60491. You may also help cover hours at nearby locations. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.75 per hour. What You’ll Do: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Assist customers in-person and via phone by understanding their needs and providing appropriate products and services. Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures. Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Efficiently pull products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products as per customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up attractive displays. Keep store equipment clean and orderly. Assist with deliveries as required. Ensure a presentable and stocked condition in assigned areas. Stay informed about product offerings and guide customers on available options. Comply with inventory control practices. Propose suggestions for improving sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a meets expectations (3) rating on your last performance appraisal and completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products. Experience using tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
