This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, helping translate product requests into clear, actionable data and analytics work. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing technical projects - especially in data environments - and is comfortable navigating tools like Databricks, Power BI, and modern AI solutions such as LLM-powered RAG systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Collaborate with the Director of Data Products to intake, scope, and clarify new product and project requests from internal stakeholders. Facilitate discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with analytics and data engineering leads. Translate business needs into structured documentation such as product briefs, user stories, or project plans. Drive prioritization discussions based on business value, resource capacity, and technical complexity. Ensure effective coordination across cross-functional teams (data science, data engineering, analytics). Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support project planning and agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in data or analytics-focused environments. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), modern ML/LLM concepts and data query languages like SQL. Understanding of data workflows including ETL/ELT, data modeling, machine learning, and reporting pipelines. Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across business and technical teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bonus: exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or LLM-based systems, knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j and knowledge graphs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
