This pivotal role will oversee a variety of programs, including sorority and fraternity life, leadership development, and the management of over 380 student organizations. The AVC will be a strong advocate for students, actively engaging with their needs to promote a positive campus climate. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in a relevant field (preferably a doctoral degree) and have at least 7 years of experience in a college or university environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Successful candidates will showcase a proven track record in developing impactful student engagement and leadership initiatives, alongside experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and learning assessment.
