The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in FinTech, RegTech, or compliance consultancy, specifically in the financial services sector. This is a crucial leadership role, guiding a team of compliance consultants through recruitment, training, and performance management while ensuring a profound understanding of regulatory frameworks. The SVP will be instrumental in strategic planning, client engagement, and business development, ensuring high-quality service delivery and impactful results. Collaboration with internal teams will be critical to align our services with market needs and to continuously enhance our consulting offerings. Qualified candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in relevant fields, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management roles. Experience in a high-growth, private equity-backed firm is highly desirable.
