We are ultra-refined, and forever uber young with a GenZ sense of humor. You Are An account lead with mastery in managing client programs, communications, and internal operations. You carry full awareness of brand systems, production pipelines, and team roles. You speak fluently with creatives, marketers, and technical partners. You maintain client trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and structured communication. You manage inputs, outputs, and expectations. You monitor activity and provide direction without delay. The Role You will lead account activity from initial intake through delivery. You will serve as the point of contact for senior clients. You will ensure scopes, briefs, and schedules are actionable and confirmed. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain forward motion. You will translate brand strategies into clear roadmaps and drive execution across touchpoints. You will keep internal teams aligned and clients informed. You will support strategic development through documentation, feedback, and delivery oversight. Key Responsibilities Client Communication Own all client-facing communications Write clear briefs, recaps, scopes, and schedules Prepare agendas and lead structured status calls Ensure documentation is complete and accessible Account Oversight Track scope, budget, and project timelines Monitor deliverables and coordinate reviews Partner with production to schedule internal workflows Review final assets and confirm quality before submission Strategic Coordination Translate client goals into internal direction Organize research, insights, and planning materials Assist in strategy development with senior leads Maintain alignment across design, content, and development Provide support to junior account staff Review workstreams and redirect as needed Ensure clarity between creative and operational leads Serve as escalation point for workflow blockers Requirements 8 to 12 years of experience in client services or account leadership Agency or brand-side experience in lifestyle or consumer industries Strong writing and documentation skills Experience managing complex project timelines and scopes Familiarity with content production, digital launches, and packaging Knowledge of Shopify ecosystems and brand development workflows Fluency in Slack, Google Workspace, , and Keynote Experience working across design, production, and strategy teams Qualities Structured and organized Disciplined in communication Calm under pressure Aligned with deadlines and outcomes Direct in leadership Grounded in clarity and process Fast to respond, careful in execution Key Notes This is a full-time Independent Contractor role Onboarding period is 30 days Performance will be reviewed monthly
