Industry Investment Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The firm is looking for an experienced Vice President to join its dynamic Investment Banking team, with a dedicated focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in the middle market. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who will take charge of spearheading end-to-end execution of both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. Your skills will be pivotal in developing and nurturing client relationships with executives in the AEC industry, as well as with private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the creation of compelling marketing materials. Conducting detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses. Managing comprehensive due diligence processes. Supporting the origination of new business opportunities. As Vice President, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver high-quality M&A advisory services, fostering an environment of excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members, preparing them for future challenges. We are seeking candidates with: 6-10 years of investment banking experience, with a substantial focus on M&A execution. A proven track record of independently leading successful transactions. A solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, and an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. While prior exposure to the AEC industry or related sectors is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
