Virginia Beach, VA
as a Maintenance Technician II and take the lead on repairs, preventative maintenance, and building operations for our apartment community. This mid-level role is ideal for those with strong technical skills who take pride in creating safe, high-quality living environments.
Key Responsibilities
Complete repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
Lead unit turns, preventive maintenance, and common area upkeep
Support pool maintenance and safety protocols (CPO )
Maintain tools, supplies, and grounds to PRG standards
Handle emergency on-call rotations as scheduled
Diagnose and troubleshoot building systems
Track inventory and escalate major repair needs
Qualifications
2+ years of general or apartment maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
CPO and EPA Universal (or ability to obtain)
Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work on-call as needed
Valid driver's license required
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working independently and mentoring others
