Job Summary
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for working in manufacturing, performing tasks such as receiving and packing finished goods, designing, and fabricating shipping boxes, process shipping documentation, verifying parts packed and marked, and following QAP's.
Job Responsibilities
Manage inbound material flow
Monitor inbound delivery performance
Receive, inspect, and store inbound deliveries
Track product availability
Pick, pack, and ship product for delivery
Prepare package and shipment
Manage shipping, carriers, and fleets
Authorize and process returns
Perform reverse logistics
Perform salvage activities
Manage and process warranty claims
Locate stock
Prepare stock for movement
Physically move stock
Maintain inventory status
Perform physical inventory procedures
Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Must be able to pass pulmonary test for respirator use. Fluent in English and able to demonstratestrong Reading and Writing operational proficiency Able to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds assisted US Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site requirements
Preferred Qualifications: ASI System Microsoft Office Software Chemical handling experience Table saw use and build to suite skills
