Requirements
Licensed to practice law in California
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
in employment law (plaintiff)
Must submit
writing samples
as part of the application process
Preferred Background & Skills
Trial or trial-preparation experience is required
Comfortable working independently and managing high-volume caseloads
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Handle a robust caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial
Engage in aggressive litigation strategy with an eye toward trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
Collaborate with a dedicated support team of paralegals, legal assistants, and litigation specialists
