In this influential role, you will be at the forefront of driving our strategic vision and executing cutting-edge technology solutions that are critical to the organization’s success. You will work closely with the Senior Vice President of IT to assess, recommend, and implement technology solutions that propel our strategic objectives forward. Key responsibilities include overseeing our technology infrastructure, network, data center, and endpoint operations to ensure optimal performance, resilience, and uptime. You will lead the development, implementation, and support of our enterprise systems, manage IT service delivery, and foster strong relationships with our vendors while maintaining favorable SLAs. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in managing IT within mid-sized organizations, particularly around complex and large-scale IT projects. We seek a candidate with robust technical skills, including expertise in private cloud environments, network security, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Operating Systems, Cisco Networking, and enterprise application architecture. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, managing budgets, delivering IT services, and driving change management initiatives. Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred, as well as proficiency in people management, performance management, and a commitment to continuous improvements. Your leadership will also extend to overseeing our information security program and disaster recovery solutions, making a background in security and risk management a significant advantage.
