Position Summary:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Sanitation and Logistics Associates. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and safe distribution center, adhering to the highest sanitation standards while embodying our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities: Hand sweep and mop all floor areas. Collect and remove plastic, slip sheets, and debris using electric tuggers. Dump garbage cans and operate garbage and cardboard compactors. Utilize equipment such as plastic bailers, tenant sweepers, scrubbers, and high-pressure washers. Hand sweep and mop all racking areas and maintain office spaces. Strip and wax flooring with high-speed electric buffers and clean carpets. Perform all essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with at least one month of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and recognize a limited number of English words and numbers. Capability to write simple correspondence and perform basic arithmetic operations. Common sense and understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Able to handle problems with standard variables. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work weekends and occasionally overtime. Flexibility to work any shift. Attention to detail and accuracy. About Us:
