Project Managers are sent to client’s homes for pre-loss assessments & inventory, post-loss assessment & inventory, collections cataloging, and reconstruction post loss, including compiling inventory lists, photos, and in-depth client interviews. PMs work with vendors of all varieties and often QB all mitigation efforts on a claim. Responsibilities

Lead and/or manage projects with leadership skills and/or project management experience. Perform pre-loss and post-loss assessments and inventory gathering at client locations. Coordinate collections cataloging and reconstruction activities after a loss, including compiling inventories, photographs, and conducting in-depth client interviews. Collaborate with a range of vendors and manage mitigation efforts on claims. What You’ll Do

Demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, and strong teamwork. Be extremely detail-oriented with strong problem solving and leadership abilities. Travel frequently; maintain high professionalism within the high net worth claims space. Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Work experience in the insurance industry or in high-end property sectors such as interior design, art, or fashion is beneficial. Possess knowledge of property insurance, fine arts, antiques, high-end furniture, textiles and rugs, and designer or couture items. Have a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Art, Art History, Fashion, Interior Design, or a related field (desired). Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office and Outlook. Be able to travel 30–60%, including local and overnight trips, with short notice when required. Maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to sit for long periods and work at a computer for extended times. Remain alert and focused during the workday. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Experience in leadership and/or project management. Knowledge in the insurance industry or relevant high-end property fields (e.g., interior design, art, fashion). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Equal Opportunity
