Your experience You are self-motivated with a track record of major product accomplishments. You have managed high-growth SaaS products with many users in enterprise product development, strategic planning, or productivity markets. You think strategically about product functionality while being detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused. You have a curiosity for AI to improve and accelerate work, and you care about lovable user experiences with a get-it-done attitude.

You Also Have

7+ years of experience as a product manager at a growing software or technology company

Proven success in driving trial to paid conversion

Driven meaningful, measurable product growth

Collaborative team player driving product success

Engaging go-to-market content that sparked customer interest

Your work at Aha! Responsibilities This is a unique product management role. We are defining and shaping how product teams at the largest companies build lovable products. On the Aha! Roadmaps team, you will help build products that support these outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

Working closely with a team of product managers to deliver lovable experiences

Interacting directly with customers to understand their needs

Collaborating with product and company leadership to define the product roadmap

Partnering with a cross-functional team to deliver product and business success

Identifying opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities

Prioritizing functionality based on product goals and customer needs

Working with user experience and engineering teams to design and build outstanding customer experiences

Developing core positioning and messaging for new releases

Coordinating go-to-market activities

Measuring the use of new features

Supporting teammates in Customer Success to ensure they represent the product value

Benefits

The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $130,000 and $180,000

Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing and retirement contributions

Medical, dental, and vision plans (premium coverage often 100%)

Up to 200 hours of paid time off per year
