Sunrise ABA opened its doors in 2021 with the goal of providing ethical care while embracing a new-age culture. We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee. The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices. Responsibilities

Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18. Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours Billable hour requirement for part-time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred). Complete intake and assessments. Parent training. Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors. Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs Qualifications

8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain) High emphasis on integrity and ethics Passion for client success Strong leadership skills Working Conditions

Full-time, hybrid-remote 3 days in person 2 days remote Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings. May involve periods of standing, moving, or engaging in physical activities related to client interventions. $35 - $38 USD
